1.Q:Can we change it to our own logo?
A:Yes,we can help you to add your logos, even it’s photo or website or others.You can upload your image/design on our website on step 5. it's perfectly if you can upload your vector file in PDF/AI/CDR format by email or upload to our online shop.
2.Q:Can we change colors of the patches?
A:Yes,you can choose any color from the PMS color book. PMS# colors, We can try our best to get the close color or dye for you. If you don’t have it, please let me know, I can send you to the electronic version.
3.Q:Wha’t the MOQ?
A:No MOQ requested, can be any quantity as your requested.
4.Q:What’s the size of the patches?
A:It can be different size. Just tell us what you want.
5.Q:What’s the sample time and lead time for mass productions?
A:Normally, sample time is about 2-3 days after receipt your details. Lead time for mass productions (5000pcs) is about 7-10days.
6.Q:What’s the payment term?
A: We can accept for Paypal, Western Union, Money gram and T/T. Full prepaid for small orders and 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipping for big quantity.
7.Q:What’s the delivery way?
A: We have VIP accounts in Fedex,DHL and UPS, we can get a low discount from them. If you want us to send goods to you by Express, this will helps us to save money and low the price.
8.Q:What’s shipping way for EMS?
A: This is cheaper way for shipping,but takes about 30-60 days during the COVID-19 issue. Better to select DHL shipment if you need your keychain/key tags urgent. We will offer Fedex Shipping in future too.
9.Q:Can we do sample proof?
A:Yes.you can,if you don't want to pay for the shipping cost for sample order.You can select "PHOTO PROOF" in step 5 as below.
